Yard signs are used in many different ways.  The most popular use is for Real Estate.  In fact most people refer to yard signs as Real Estate signs, even when the sign is for another use.  What other uses are there?

There are two very popular types of Yard signs:

The first is an aluminum(or sometimes PVC) sign face in a powder coated steel frame.  This type of sign is built for long term use.  With proper care this type of sign will last several years.  This is typically what Contractors and Real Estate agents use.  It is more cost effective for them to have a sign that can be re-used several times.  These signs also have the option to place a Header and/or Footer panel on the sign to give some versatility. (Typically in Real Estate you would see this in the form of "FOR SALE", or "SOLD", or "UNDER AGREEMENT").

The second type of sign is made of corregated plastic. We use the brand name Coroplast, a leader in the industry. This material is weather resistant, but considered short term (up to 30 days) due to it being very light weight.  These are great for 1 day events, or when you need a large number and cost is an issue.  Larger contractors like these to put at a location they are working, and want to leave it for a short period afterward.
